Definition of terms contained here in.
* The Company - Bobcatgaming.co.uk
* The client - A person purchasing services from Bobcatgaming.co.uk (you)
* Third-Party Programs - Programs that are not supplied by Bobcatgaming.co.uk that may be an add-on to Bobcatgaming.co.uk services, but are not directly affiliated with the services .
* Slander - A malicious, false, and defamatory statement or report
By checking "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service" The client hereby agrees to have fully read and understood the following.
* Refunds and Disputes
o The client acknowledges that he/she may be issued a refund within 24 hours of the order being processed. A refund will not be issued if the service was proved to be in working order. Any payments processed after the initial payment are not refundable.
* Payment
All clients will be notified/invoiced of fees 14 days in advance of payment due and then a reminder sent 7 days prior to payment due, if payment is not received on the due day by midnight we will unfortunately have to disable your services unless we have had prior notice advising us of any problems and an expected payment date is agreed with both parties. If services are then to be reconnected there will be an administration and connection charge of £5.00 unless it is within 24 hours of due date. Please note if agreed payment date is missed services will be disabled and only reconnected at our discretion.
* Cancellation
oThe client acknowledges that all requests for service cancellation must be issued 48 hours prior the next due date and be submitted in such a way that it may be documented (usually support ticket). If the client has an active paypal subscription with the company, client must cancel the subscription or else a payment will be processed which will not be refunded.
*Ckient Acknowledgement
oThe client acknowledges that services provided by the company may be disrupted for reasons that the company is not responsible for. Customer agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from occasions that are beyond the control of the company.
* Areas of Support
o The client agrees that the company will only provide support for services offered by the company. Any third party programs will not be supported by the company and support issues regarding the third-party program will have to be taken to the creators or developers of the third-party programs.
* Client Responsibility
oThe client acknowledges that the company is not responsible for the content stored on the company's servers.
The client agrees that he or she is solely responsible for making all backups of content stored on the company's server.
* Slander
o The client acknowledges that if he or she practices any type of slander that is targeted at the company, the clients account will be terminated without a refund.
* Game Server Rules
o The client acknowledges that he or she may not advertise other server companys in our servers, this could result in acount suspension.
o The client acknowledges that he or she may only use the bandwidth and space provided for use of the game server.
o The client acknowledges that he or she may not use any ping booster or accelerator without the permission from an employee of the company.
o The client acknowledges that he or she may not use any addons that require an extra process. (Most commonly irc bots.)
o The client acknowledges that if any of these rules are broken, the clients service will be terminated without a refund.
* Web Hosting Rules
o The client acknowledges that they may not use their web hosting account
+ In a way which violates any law or regulation put in place by the country of which the servers are located.
+ In a way which violates any rules put in place by a provider in which the client accesses the web hosting account through.
+ To use are hosting as a backup service,big video files, downloads etc, our hosting is unlimited for web site related files.
+ To host adult content of any sort, Adult content is strictly prohibited by Bobcatgaming.co.uk.
+ To break security of any online account that is not possessed by the owner.
+ To host any IRC bot, IRC Bots are strictly prohibited by Bobcatgaming.co.uk.
+ To transmit pirated software or hosting of any torrent-related files. Torrents are strictly prohibited by Bobcatgaming.co.uk.
o The client acknowledges that if any of these rules are broken, the clients service will be terminated without a refund.
* Denial of Service Attacks
o The client acknowledges that in the case of a Denial of Service Attack (DDos), the clients account will be suspended until the attack has been fully investigated. If the company finds any evidence that a client was responsible for the attack, the clients account will be instantly terminated without a refund. If the company finds evidence that an outside source was responsible for the attack, the clients account will be restored accordingly.
* Revision of Terms of Service
o The client acknowledges that the company may revise or modify the Terms of Service. The company will notify the client through e-mail when there has been a modification to the terms of service in which the client agrees to have fully read and understood the newly revised terms of service.
* Privacy Statement
o Bobcatgaming.co.uk has a policy to respect and protect the privacy of its clients and their information that is stored with Bobcatgaming.co.uk. Bobcatgaming.co.uk will only access and disclose information as necessary to comply with applicable laws and government requests, to provide the services, to operate or maintain its systems or to protect itself or its clients.
